It's hard to fix something when you don't know what's broken, isn't it? Don't worry. We are going to start at the beginning and identify what you are feeling: the good, the bad and (yes!) the ugly.
It can be hard to admit when we hurt sometimes- hang in there. This website with the grace of God is going to help you feel better, but you need to be honest and open with your feelings to start.

What are your first reactions? How do you feel? Do you notice a pattern?

Dear Heavenly Father,
